Training with Bodyweight

Want to make a home workout without weights or machines?

Bodyweight exercises helps you to stay in shape and save money (for example, not going to a gym).

Working all bodyparts without weight is something very common and simple. You only need to use a little creativity.

First of all, I recommend to you doing some research on Bodyweight Training. A coach very well known is Ross Enamait and his book "The Underground Guide to the Warrior Fitness".

A basic principle to understand when we talk about bodyweight is that our body responds to stimulation. These stimulations are based on the amount of effort required to perform the exercise, the duration of the stimulation and the recovery time between stimulations.

The major problem is that within a certain time our bodies gets used to that stimulation, and so we get less and less effective results. At this point it's time to reorganize these stimulation.

My advice is that you change the form of the stimulation every 2 months.

My Own Bodyweight Workout

Now I leave you my little "100 Bodyweight Workout", which I do every night before going to bed. Just use your bodyweight.

20 Squats

25 Standard Pushup

15 Calf Raises

25 Close-Grip Pushup

15 Shoulder Pushup (initially, I recommend you to perform a Pike Pushup).
